I have over 18 years of professional counseling experience helping people learn ways to manage their emotional response to stressors, and learn how to improve the way they view and interact with the world around them. I believe people seek counseling because they recognize there is a problem in their world, but are struggling to see the resolution. I utilize skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and neuroplasticity to guide you down your life's path.
I am passionate about helping my clients experience positive growth and learn how to embrace change, not be afraid of it. I look forward to working with you as you take the first step toward making a positive and meaningful change in your life.
